2tsSugar, brown
1pnSalt
1pnMustard, dry
2cWater, boiling

Add coffee, brown sugar, a pinch each of salt and dry mustard to 2 cups of boiling water. Cover, and leave 20 minutes just under a boil.

Stir and bottle.
